When you buy a product or join our email list, we collect your name, email address, and order details. Payment information (card numbers) is collected and processed entirely by Stripe — it never touches our servers. Our site may use basic, privacy-respecting analytics to understand page traffic.
To deliver your purchase (your Notion duplicate link and downloads), send receipts and product updates, and — if you opted in — send our newsletter. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing.
Stripe processes payments. MailerLite delivers our emails. HostGator hosts this site. Each processes only what's needed for its job, under its own privacy policy.
Every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe. Transactional emails (receipts, delivery links) are sent to all customers as part of fulfilling your order.
We use only the cookies necessary for the site and checkout to function, plus basic analytics where applicable. No advertising trackers.
You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it (except records we're legally required to keep, like purchase records for tax purposes) by emailing contact@getninepillars.com. We respond within 30 days.
All sales are final. Our products are digital goods delivered instantly via Notion duplicate link and cannot be returned once delivered. Purchases made through the Notion Marketplace are additionally subject to Notion's own buyer policies.
